Project Description

This 3,880-square-foot residence seamlessly blends modern farmhouse charm with a beautiful mix of contemporary and rustic chic design elements. Designed by Brian Huff of Huff Architecture, the home was a collaborative effort between the homeowners and the Mantell-Hecathorn Builders (MHB) team to create a family-friendly, ranch-style home that feels both welcoming and timeless.

The homeowner, also the designer through her company, The Sham Styles, infused the home with her vision and unique style, ensuring that every detail is thoughtfully curated. The open layout features expansive common areas that flow seamlessly into a stunning outdoor living space, ideal for entertaining and gatherings.

As with all Mantell-Hecathorn Builders homes, this property was third-party inspected and tested throughout every phase of construction, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship. It was built to the rigorous standards of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Zero Energy Ready Homes (ZERH) program, guaranteeing it meets the most advanced energy-efficiency guidelines.
