Perched high above the award-winning Mountain Course Hole #3 in the beautiful private golf community of Glacier Club, this exquisite home is the collaborative masterpiece of Architects Jon Pomeroy & John Courter, and Master Green Builders Greg & Hunter Mantell-Hecathorn. The complexity of the design and the challenging site make this home a striking combination of art, engineering, and high-performance building science. The contemporary design elements and incorporation of warm natural wood throughout the home create a modern and clean, yet comfortable environment for the Homeowner. Meticulously placed lighting, steel and glass accentuates custom details and the unique finishes. Like all homes by M-H Builders, this home was efficiently built using advanced building science techniques, highest quality materials and has undergone significant testing by an Independent,  Certified Third-Party Energy Rater. This home achieved an impressive HERS® score of 20, which makes it 80% more efficient than a standard Code-Built home.

We are so pleased with our new home and our experience throughout the process of working with Mantell-Hecathorn Builders, Inc. Their integrity is impeccable, as is their attention to detail, and their willingness to truly make our custom home the best it could be based on their experience and our preferences. Ours is a complex and complicated craft. Enter Mantell Hecathorn, THEY GET IT! Hunter, Greg, and I all share a passion for nature as well as a passion for our creations. From the moment we began the design process, this dynamic duo demonstrated a full understanding of my concepts, therefore capturing and producing exactly what I had envisioned for my clients. It has been a pure pleasure working with M-H Builders. 

Hunter was on site daily supervising, dealing with field details and making sure the plan's vision stayed on track. Hunter was the "conductor of the orchestra" and received a standing ovation for a fine performance. Hunter demonstrates a natural talent, focus, and clarity for absorbing and understanding my work. He communicates clearly with his sub-contractors, employees, vendors, and especially our clients. M-H Builders fulfills every expectation and delivers a first-rate quality product. Their artful talents and skills brought my designs and ideas to life.
