This stunning home, located in the wooded Timbers at Edgemont Highlands east of Durango, was designed by Brian Huff of Huff Architecture with privacy in mind. It features a primary suite, library, and living areas on the main level, with three guest rooms, each with an ensuite bath, on the second level. Designed with quality and functionality, the home boasts energy efficiency 92% better than a standard home, thanks to double wall construction, high R-value insulation, and Kobe Triple Pane windows. With an integrated energy-efficient system, including a Zehnder ventilation system and an 8.36kW solar setup, this home ensures year-round comfort and low utility costs. Expert craftsmanship guarantees long-term durability and healthy indoor air quality.
